WET CACTUS is a stoner rock and psychedelic band with progressive touches created in the summer of 2013, in Suances, a coastal town with a surfing tradition in western Cantabria. Formed by four colleagues born in the early 90s: Daniel Pascual Salvador (Bass and vocals), Ernesto Díez Otí (Guitar), Óscar Sánchez Marcano (Guitar and vocals) and Jaime Pérez Herrera (Drums). It was in the town’s auditorium where they began to worship a genre that they have been polishing and making their own over time with each ritual. Their music is a mix of stoner rock, hard rock and psychedelia, rocky themes with desert atmospheres and powerful instrumentations, tremendous themes with suggestive melodies, muscular guitar riffs, powerful bass and hard drums, hypnotic and dense pieces full of energy and vibrant fuzz that make us travel through nebulous places, compositions born from the darkness of British hard rock of the seventies and the electric storm of Californian stoner rock that we are sure will please all lovers of the most acidic and abrasive rhythms of rock.
